Manage a diverse patient panel by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via occasional telehealth. Collaborate with clinical teams through daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds to deliver high-quality primary care.
Requires completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and a valid Texas state license. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages.
