Perform moderate to high complexity testing across various clinical laboratory subdisciplines and report results via the LIS. Maintain laboratory equipment and implement quality assurance and control procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Requires an Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of clinical testing experience is required, and certification (ASCP, AMT) is preferred.
Sign-on/retention bonus $20,000 The Clinical Lab Technician/Technologist will perform moderate and high complexity testing and result analysis for clinical laboratory departments including chemistry, immunoassay, infectious disease, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank subdisciplines. Participates in documenting and implementing Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC)/Quality Inventory (QI) procedures. Assists in trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment. Performs laboratory tasks and other functions independently.
