Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients. Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations. Review treatment plans with patients and families and obtain informed consent. Deliver consistent, patient-centered care across all procedures. Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative techniques, extractions, and prosthetic solutions as appropriate. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff. Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports patient care and team success.
