The Behavioral Therapist is responsible for conducting patient intakes, assessments, and creating individualized treatment plans. They will facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods while maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in counseling or social work and possess a current, unrestricted clinical social worker license. BLS and CPR certifications are required, and previous experience as a behavioral health therapist is preferred.

Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform individual and group therapy sessions Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized
Care Partner weekly pay (Overnights 10pm-6am) Thursday through Monday
