The Activity Assistant creates and implements engaging, age-appropriate activities to enrich the lives of senior residents. They provide emotional and social support while collaborating with the care team to ensure holistic resident well-being.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, and must complete a State approved Nursing Assistant training program. Adherence to C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence) is required.
