Provide comprehensive nursing care and training to patients receiving peritoneal dialysis, including CAPD and APD. Manage patient assessments, care plans, and complications while coordinating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
The candidate must be able to manage PD-related complications and ensure compliance with CMS regulations and infection control policies. Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation and patient education is required.
