Manage outpatient primary and walk-in acute care services for a patient population of approximately 11,000. Provide specialized services in Teen and Vaccine clinics while ensuring continuity of care across different duty sections.
Requires a minimum of two years of face-to-face clinical experience as a Certified FNP or APRN. Must hold a valid US license, board certification, a DEA license for schedules II-V, and current BLS and PALS certifications.
The practitioner provides outpatient, ambulatory, acute, and family practice services to IHS patients. \n
Manage outpatient primary care and walk-in acute care services for a patient population of approximately 11,000 (predominantly Navajo).
Provide services in the Teen Clinic and Vaccine Clinics as directed.
Ensure seamless patient care, including rotating into different duty sections (e.g., Walk-In Care) as needed by the supervisor.

Education and Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of in-person (face-to-face) clinical work experience as a Certified FNP or APRN.
Licensure and Certification
A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Certified FNP/APN in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
Must be board certified by an appropriately state-recognized FNP Credentialing Association or Board.
A valid, unrestricted DEA license for schedule types II through V.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required. \n
