Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing a variety of in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care. Duties and Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Homemaking

Provide light housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linens, and meal preparation.

Companionship

• Provide companionship and social interaction, such as engaging in conversation, playing games, and assisting with hobbies.
• Respite
• Care: Provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
• Observe and report: Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the client's home is safe and free from hazards. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.

Certification

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Background

• Test: Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test results.
• Health
• Screening: Free from communicable diseases as verified by a medical professional.

Reliable transportation to reach client homes promptly and efficiently.
