The role involves providing pastoral care services to patients, their families, and hospital staff, which includes conducting spiritual needs assessments and delivering appropriate spiritual care services. Responsibilities also cover facilitating support groups and developing and conducting educational and training programs.
Required qualifications include graduation from an approved theological education program (M.Div., MATS, Th.M., MPS, etc.) or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional employment as a healthcare chaplain. A minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an ACPE-accredited source is also required.

Northside Hospital Atlanta invites you to learn about the Daytime Admitting Role at the Sandy Springs location. The Hospitalist Admitter is responsible for providing high-quality, patient centered case during the admission process. This role includes evaluating and managing patients waiting to be admitted to the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective care transportation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Two Hospitalist Admitter opportunities are available. One is for the 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Admitter Shift and the other is for the 12:00 pm to 12:00 am Admitter Shift.
