The Interventional Radiologic Technologist II will deliver patient-centered care and operate Interventional Radiology equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. This role also involves mentoring entry-level technologists and contributing to high-quality patient care.
Candidates must be graduates of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology and hold a valid MRT license from the Texas Medical Board. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a staff Interventional Radiology Technologist is required, along with ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and preferred certification in Vascular-Interventional Radiography.

Harris Health System is actively seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologic Technologist II to join the Radiology Special Procedures team at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital. In this role, you will deliver patient-centered care and apply advanced technical skills in the operation of Interventional Radiology (IR) equipment for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
This position also provides an opportunity to act as a resource and mentor to entry-level IR Technologists and students. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to high-quality patient care and the overall success of the radiology department.
