The Patient Care Technician is competent to perform both as a Unit Secretary, Certified Nursing Assistant or Emergency Room Technician. The Patient Care Technician is flexible and may be assigned as a unit secretary, certified nursing assistant, or in a dual position where both skills are utilized simultaneously. The Patient Care Technician performs these duties under the direction of the Charge Nurse/Clinical Manager.
Position requires one (1) of the following licenses: Emergency Medical Technician or California Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant or National Registry EMT or Paramedic
Medical Terminology class or one (1) year experience in medical related field
