Market context

Texas PRN respiratory therapy demand

Texas healthcare employers commonly need respiratory therapists for hospitals, emergency care, and inpatient units, so PRN openings can appear when facilities need flexible coverage. Competitive candidates usually have current Texas licensure, NBRC registration, and up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and PALS, since those credentials help them step into acute-care settings with less onboarding.
