• Deliver high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes > >
• Provide medication reminders and administer treatments as prescribed > >
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and report changes > >
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care plans > >
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness > >
• Assist with basic procedures and ensure patient comfort > >
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems > >
• Uphold patient confidentiality and compliance standards > > > > Qualifications > >
• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia > >
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferred) > >
• Current CPR certification > >
• Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) certification > >
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills > >
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a home care environment > >
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays > > > > Additional Requirements > >
