O’Neill Healthcare is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team!
1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program. 2. Possess a valid Ohio Physical Therapy Assistant license. 3. Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others. 4. Must be in good health, no lifting restrictions, neat and clean. 5. Must be willing and able to learn and possess above average management, organizational, and communication skills.
1. Ensure quality care to residents. 2. Provide direction and assistance to the Nursing Staff regarding Therapy policies and procedures. 3. Ensure accurate documentation on medical records. 4. Promote good relations between staff, residents and visitors. 5. Must project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents positively. 6. Assist as directed by Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Director of Rehab Services
