About the role

The Physical Therapist is responsible for establishing goals and executing personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and strength. They also supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and maintain productivity standards within an interdisciplinary team.

Overview Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at DuPage Care Center in Wheaton, IL and Tabor Hills in Naperville, IL! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function. You will work closely with individuals assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists. Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license. Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy school and hold a valid or pending state license. Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
