The Charge Nurse is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident health, and assisting with activities of daily living. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans and maintain accurate resident records.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night RNs / LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
Shift: 10pm-6am
