Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple departments, including inpatient and outpatient settings. Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina Experience: Recent Medical-Surgical, Emergency, or Critical Care experience required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required within orientation Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 3 months Core Competencies Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Confidence in managing diverse patient populations Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care Employment Requirements Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered) Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)
