Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents facing emotional and mental health challenges. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requires clinical knowledge of evidence-based modalities and the ability to maintain accurate regulatory documentation. Must be capable of managing clinical crises and adhering to ethical and legal standards including HIPAA.

The Outpatient Child Therapist provides individual, group, and/or family therapy to children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental, or mental health challenges. The therapist works collaboratively with caregivers, schools, and other community providers to support the child’s emotional well-being, promote resilience, and address symptoms interfering with daily functioning.
This role requires clinical knowledge, cultural sensitivity, and a compassionate, client-centered approach. Services may be delivered in-person or telehealth, within the clinic setting, depending on client and program needs.
