The Physical Therapist Assistant implements treatment plans established by the RPT and physician to improve resident functional abilities. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, supervising rehab aides, and coordinating care with the medical team.
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and possess an active state license. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to effectively manage patient care and documentation.
