Coordinate clinical operations specifically for Spravato treatments within an interventional psychiatry setting. Support the delivery of psychiatric care and technical coordination of treatments.
Candidates should have experience in clinical coordination or a related healthcare role. Familiarity with interventional psychiatry or Spravato administration is preferred.

As we continue to expand and diversify our service offerings, we are seeking a Clinical Coordinator, Spravato. This position provides clinical administrative, patient and office support within Headlight's outpatient esketamine program. This part time role is onsite at our Vancouver office (5109 NE 82nd Ave Suite 215; Vancouver, WA 98662). The current schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12-7pm and Fridays 12-5pm. \n

At least one year of experience working in a medical office and/or mental health setting required. Previous EHR experience and medical insurance experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree or High School diploma with relevant experience required. Current CPR & AED certification is preferred. Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
