The nurse will triage patient calls, conduct patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and handle admissions as needed. They are also expected to participate in daily field visits and weekly office meetings.
Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license in good standing. One year of hospice experience is preferred but not required.

On Call Hospice Nurse - 7 on 7 off schedule
