Evaluate and treat adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients using an educationally based treatment model. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver functional, goal-oriented rehabilitation and pain neuroscience education.
Must hold a valid California license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Chiropractor. Strong orthopedic assessment skills and the ability to educate patients with chronic pain are required.

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Rehabilitation Therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Chiropractor) to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients. Our team consists of physical therapist, trainer, Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and MDs and APPs. We use an educationally based treatment model to teach patients transferable skills for managing chronic pain conditions and post concussive syndromes. The patient population is primarily adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients.
Chiropractor - $100,000.00 to $120,000 Annually
Physical Therapist - $110,000 - $135,000 Annually
Occupational Therapist - $100,000.00 to $120,000 Annually
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
