Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program with a current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice. Requires at least one year of healthcare experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Willingness and ability to travel within the service area (up to 50%) Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee.
