Provide direct speech-language pathology services in accordance with physician orders. Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with OASIS and PPS guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for continuity of care. What We’re Looking For: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice. 1+ year of clinical experience as an SLP. Ability to travel within Middlebury & Danbury coverage area (must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance). Comfortable lifting 50–100 lbs and working in a physically demanding environment. Ready to make a real impact in patients’ lives? Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice. Candidates must have at least one year of clinical experience and the ability to travel with reliable transportation.
