Market context

Texas Surgical Tech Roles Stay Competitive

Texas hospitals and surgery centers commonly seek certified surgical technologists with CST and BLS credentials, and entry-level openings often still expect some operating room exposure. This role is competitive because employers may offer shift differentials, health insurance, sign-on bonuses, 401(k), and educational reimbursement. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page, then confirm your certification dates and OR experience before applying.
