Provide direct behavioral health care, including screening, counseling, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients. Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate community integration and provide emergency crisis intervention.
Must be a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a valid driver's license and CPR certificate. Experience in community health centers and fluency in Spanish/English are preferred.
California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist. Maintains an updated CPR certificate and valid California driver's license Experience working in a community health center setting or similar environment is desired. Knowledge of care and control of chronic and acute behavioral health conditions and of the principles and practices of public health medicine laws and regulations. Experience with electronic information systems development and integration Fluent Spanish/English preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing, walking, sitting, typing, reaching, bending, moving and/or lifting up to 25 pounds. $48.75 - $60.74 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time

Employees on temporary assignments are eligible for holiday pay and California sick pay, both pro-rated based on hours worked.
