Market context

Women’s clinic navigation roles are selective

In Louisiana, Nurse Navigator roles in women’s primary care are often tied to coordinated outpatient care, patient education, and referral support, so demand tends to follow clinics expanding access and care coordination. These positions are competitive because employers usually want a BSN, an unrestricted Louisiana RN license, BLS, and several years of acute-care experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and prepare examples of patient advocacy and care coordination.
