Schedule: PRN Monday-Friday. Clinic hours 8am-7pm.

Compensation

hourly rate is $55-$60/hr based on your experience. NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center in Bethlehem. CHT or hand experience preferred but Level II Hand Therapy Minimum Experience; New Graduates are welcome to come aboard & grow with a great clinical team. Mentorship under a CHT provided.

Responsibilities

Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
accredited school of occupational therapy CPR certification Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
