• Therapists, you will help our residents reclaim their independence:
• Therapeutic
• Excellence: Implement treatment plans as directed by the OT and physician, focusing on functional ADL recovery.

• Accuracy: Maintain detailed daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in compliance with OT Board and payer requirements.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and the interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress and discharge goals.

• Support: Train Restorative Aides, instruct nursing staff, and provide vital caregiver training to families.
