Provides clerical and secretarial support to the CEO/COO or Department Leader, including managing correspondence and organizing meetings. Responsible for maintaining departmental records, monitoring budget expenditures, and coordinating information flow.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of administrative secretarial experience. Must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
