The Nurse Practitioner will provide prescriptive services by reviewing patient histories and evaluating prescription requests. They will conduct synchronous video or phone consultations and maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in 13 or more U.S. states and have at least one year of practicing experience. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses are required.
AgelessRx’s Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for working as part of our medical team providing prescriptive services.
This is a flexible, remote 1099 contractor opportunity with compensation based on completed clinical tasks and consultations rather than hourly requirements. There is no minimum hourly commitment. Average monthly compensation is approximately $5,000, depending on licensure coverage, availability, and completed volume.
We are specifically seeking providers licensed in 13+ states, with strong preference given to candidates licensed in one or more of the priority states listed below.
What you'll do Review patient medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications Evaluate prescription requests and determine treatment appropriateness using clinical guidelines and independent medical judgment Conduct and document synchronous video and/or phone consultations in applicable states Collaborate with clinical operations, administrative, and support teams to ensure efficient patient care Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, risks, and follow-up recommendations Maintain accurate and timely documentation within telehealth platforms and EMR systems Support ongoing improvements to clinical workflows and operational processes Help uphold high standards for patient safety, compliance, and customer experience
Active Nurse Practitioner license(s) in good standing Licensed in 13+ U.S. states Strong preference for licensure in: CA, TX, FL, NY, IL, CO, PA, AZ, WA, and/or OH Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed Comfortable conducting synchronous telehealth consultations where required Previous telemedicine experience preferred, but not required Skills, Training, & Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner Strong clinical decision-making and patient assessment skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment Tech-savvy and experienced with EMRs, online tools, and telehealth platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing healthcare company Interest in preventative health, wellness, and longevity medicine is a plus
