The Medical Assistant supports dermatologists by rooming patients, scribing visit information, and performing clinical tasks like blood draws and suture removal. They also assist with various dermatological procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and Mohs surgery.
Candidates must have post-high school education in a medical support field and be a CMA, LPN, or RN, or be willing to complete a certification program. Preferred candidates have over one year of recent experience in a similar medical office capacity.
