The Caregiver is responsible for assisting participants with all aspects of personal care activities and implementing strategies for promoting increased levels of self-care when possible.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 1 year of geriatric related experience. Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license in order to visit clients in their homes and other sites. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
