As a part of Choptank Community Health (CCHS) multidisciplinary team, the Behavioral Health Clinician will provide high quality, patient-centered behavioral health services, in accordance with the policies and procedures and values of CCHS. This role delivers both integrated, brief interventions as part of the care team and traditional outpatient therapy for CCHS patients requiring longer-term treatment. These direct services may include care for individuals (children and adults), couples, families, and group therapeutic services to patients. Working collaboratively with medical, psychiatric, and the population health team, the clinician conducts comprehensive assessments, develops evidence-based treatment plans, and offers culturally responsive counseling to diverse populations.

The clinician promotes accessible, trauma-informed behavioral health services designed to improve patient functioning, address social determinants of health, and enhance overall wellness within the community. This is an exempt, full-time position. Licensure, credentials, and experience will determine pay within the pay range of $76,843.00 - $115,264.00. The Behavioral Health Clinician reports directly to the Behavioral Health Director or designee and works closely with the Clinical Supervisor and Behavioral Health Clinician Lead.
