• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who can provide thoughtful, consistent therapy through a remote care model. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually and help them work through concerns that may be affecting their relationships, work, family life, emotional health, and daily routines. This position is centered on real clinical conversations. You will listen carefully, ask the right questions, create treatment plans that make sense for each client, and help clients build tools they can use outside of session. The work is structured, but the care is personal.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for clients in North Dakota Help clients talk through concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and major life changes Complete intake assessments and gather the full picture of each client’s background, symptoms, and goals Create treatment plans that are clear, useful, and realistic for the client’s current needs Guide clients as they build healthier coping skills and work through patterns that may be holding them back Review client progress and adjust the clinical approach when their needs change Keep session notes, assessments, and treatment updates accurate and on time Maintain client privacy and follow all telehealth, HIPAA, and ethical care standards Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work Active North Dakota LICSW license in good standing Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload with professionalism and good judgment 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to bring your LICSW experience into a remote role with strong structure and meaningful client work, we would be glad to hear from you.
