Neuropsychological services to both inpatient and outpatient adult and pediatric neurological populations within a JCAHO/CARF accredited acute rehabilitation hospital serving upstate NY and beyond.
Specialty programs within the hospital include Brain Injury and Stroke.
Neuropsychologists work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team with emphasis on assessment, but with opportunities for clinical research through the James A. Eddy Memorial Foundation Research Institution.
The Neuropsychology Department employs 6 full time neuropsychologists, providing excellent opportunities for peer interaction and consultation.
Regularly scheduled case and literature reviews and didactic inservices, such as Grand Rounds, enhance professional development.
Two psychometricians provide testing assistance
The Department has served as a practicum site for doctoral level graduate students for the past 25 years allowing opportunities for provision of training and supervision.
Administrative support is provided with regard to scheduling and billing.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Requires a doctoral degree in clinical psychology or neuropsychology and a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship. Must hold a NY State License and be eligible for ABPP board certification.
