The role is responsible for performing diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic procedures for patients disabled by illness or injury. It involves providing specialized speech and language treatments as prescribed by licensed physicians.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid California state license and ASHA certification. A current BLS certificate is required, and experience in acute hospital settings and swallow disorders is preferred.
