Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care for patients in the emergency department using the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing medical plans of care, and evaluating patient responses to ensure quality care.
Candidates must maintain current nursing licensure and certifications. The role requires the ability to function as a role model for staff and perform all duties within the emergency department's scope of service.
