The Primary Care RN delivers patient care in a clinic setting by planning, coordinating, and educating patients while performing clinical procedures. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient-centered care plans and manage clinic protocols.
Candidates must hold a current active MN RN license and are preferred to have BLS certification and acute care experience. Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to care for diverse populations are required.
The Primary Care RN is to work closely with other nurses/ certified medical assistants and support staff, doctors, specialists, and other providers to deliver care to patients in the clinic setting by planning, organizing, coordinating and educating patients. The Primary Care Role is responsible for delivering care to patients by assisting/ performing procedures, managing in baskets, following clinic protocols, administer medications and treatments and assess patients during appointments, along with triaging as needed.
