The LPN will assist the office care team with data collection, assessments, and care planning to provide diagnosis-focused care. They are also responsible for providing education and guidance to patients and their families to ensure a superior patient experience.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical nursing school and hold a current Pennsylvania LPN license. A provider BLS certification and proficiency in English are also required.
1. At least one year of clinical office experience, preferably in the specified discipline of the practice, is preferred. 2. Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties.
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Wound care Registered Nurse, RN or LPN
Ophthalmic Technician
Resident Care Associate
