South Carolina surgical assistant roles stay selective

In South Carolina, Certified Surgical Assistant roles in main operating rooms are typically driven by steady surgical volume and the need for licensed, credentialed support in the OR. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a trade school background, a valid Virginia Surgical Assistant license, NCCSA or NBSTSA certification, AHA BLS, and preferred operating room experience. If you are considering applying, confirm that your licensure and certifications are current before submitting. Requirements and benefits on this platform are AI-summarized from the original job description, helping you review the role faster without extra research.
