The clinical pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapy outcomes. They are responsible for prospectively developing pharmaceutical plans for each patient in accordance with established regulations.
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited pharmacy school with a PGY1 residency or two years of health-system experience. A Texas Pharmacist License and BLS certification are required.
