Our staff pool employees support our 4 facilities in Everett covering staff absences due to vacation or sick leave. They are able to pick up their shifts 4-6 weeks ahead as well as short notice. The only requirement we have is that you actively work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.

Schedules

• 8 hour shifts 6am to 2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm to 6am

• Range: LPN $40-$50 - RN $45-$55

We provide skilled and sub-acute nursing and assisted living services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of elderly and disabled persons, many of which are vulnerable, low-income senior citizens that rely on Medicare/Medicaid for housing, food and medical services.
• Responsibilities include: Assess patients’ condition. Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review. Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician. Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals. Follow instructions of the senior team as directed.
