Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to establish and implement individualized physical treatment plans. Supervise physical therapy assistants and students while managing prosthetic and orthotic device adjustments.
Must possess a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a North Carolina Physical Therapy License. BLS certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
$15,000 Bonus with 2-Year Commitment
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week
