Provide comprehensive primary medical services for ambulatory women's health patients in collaboration with staff physicians. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing therapeutic plans, and participating in quality improvement and peer review activities.
Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies with appropriate board certification. Must hold a valid state licensure to practice medicine in the State of Tennessee.
The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Women's Health) will provide professional comprehensive primary medical services for ambulatory CCHS patients in collaboration with health center staff physicians.
1. RN, Masters or Nurse Doctorate (ND) Certification by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC); or Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Health or Medical Sciences by Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
2. Certification of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, National Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, or equivalent certifying body; or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
3. State licensure to practice medicine in the State of Tennessee.

Rad Tech I or II Friday 10:30a-11p and Sat 7a-11a
