The Surgical Scrub Technologist is responsible for establishing and maintaining a sterile field during surgical procedures. They assist the surgical team by preparing supplies, performing counts, and ensuring the proper handling of specimens and equipment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED and completion of a Scrub Technician Program, with certification preferred. At least two years of experience is preferred, and specific experience in Ophthalmology is required.
