Join Interlocking Connections LLC as a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking passionate professionals to provide high-quality mental health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Experience with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disabilities is desired but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and healthcare systems.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Active licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD in the state of Connecticut. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.. Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth. Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
