The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients to establish functional goals and implement evidence-based plans of care. They are responsible for providing interventions to improve daily living activities and collaborating with physicians to monitor patient progress.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active California OT license and CPR certification. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, professional liability insurance, and a current TB test.

Position Type: Independent Contractor in San Fernando Valley Area
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and establish functional, patient-centered goals
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based OT plans of care
Provide interventions to improve ADLs/IADLs, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
Educate and motivate patients to promote safety, independence, and quality of life
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and complete timely documentation
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active California OT license
Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
CPR certification
Current physical exam and TB test
Professional liability insurance
Business license
