We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers for several locations in the northern and western suburbs, who are compassionate and looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors. We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning.

We are an established growing geriatric-focused practice seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide psychotherapy and cognitive training in senior living communities throughout the Chicago suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being. Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns and setting goals to establish a course of action. Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive training sessions weekly. Provide ongoing communication with our team, clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain progress notes and other pertinent documentation.
• Requirements include: Master's Degree in Social Work Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois Compassionate, relationship-centered approach to care Experience providing psychotherapy and/or cognitive support services
