The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for patient care needs related to movement, pain reduction, function restoration, and disability prevention. They ensure treatment plans are followed and evaluate patient progress.
Candidates must have a Physical Therapy Assistant license and complete an approved curriculum. They should also demonstrate enthusiasm for working with all ages and possess strong communication skills.
This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Homeland specifically.

The Physical Therapy Assistant in Home Health is responsible for patient care needs relating to the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Based on the assessment and evaluation performed by the PT, the Physical Therapy Assistant ensures that the treatment plan is followed, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's wellbeing, and evaluates the patient’s progress.
